Band 4 Assistant Practitioner. Special School Nursing Service

Hours: 32 hours per week, Mon – Fri 09:00- 15:30 – term time only

Start date: 2nd November 2020

Are you looking for an exciting role to support the special school nursing team based at the Ridgeway School in Farnham, Surrey for pupils aged 2 -19 years who have severe learning disabillity with additional health needs? Our Nursing Service works with education staff so they are supported to enable the children and young people to safely attend school irrespective of their additional health needs. We ask that the ideal candidate has experience of working with children with special needs and has a passion for working with children to help them develop and grow.

Recruitment - Golden Hello

Successful applicants, who have not worked for CSH within the last 12 months, will receive an amount of £2000 paid in two instalments: - £1000 upon commencement and a further £1000 following successful completion of probation. These payments are pro-rata for part- time posts.
