Peripatetic Floating Support / Transitional Housing Assessment Hostel Worker

Are you an experienced support worker? Do you enjoy the challenge of working with clients with multiple needs? Are you interested in being involved with Golden Key?

 

We are seeking five motivated individuals who can demonstrate the skills required to support individuals with multiple and complex needs to find and sustain their tenancies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The successful candidates will be working within the Golden Key Emergency Accommodation Team and alongside a range of agencies to find creative solutions for individuals, this includes assisting and challenging existing practices, sharing learning and helping to influence the way services are designed and delivered.

 

We are accepting applications from people that can do all shifts, but are looking specifically for flexible people who are willing to do day and night shifts. Please be clear about your working preferences on application. We will be interviewing as the applications are submitted so please be aware that early applications will be considered first.

 

 

Golden Keyis a £10 million, 8 year partnership programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund, which aims to challenge and change the way systems work to support some of the most vulnerable people in Bristol.

Through working with people who have multiple and complex needs experiencing homelessness, mental health problems, drug and alcohol dependency and offending we are learning about what is and isn’t working in Bristol.

 

Golden Keyis a partnership of organisations from Bristol. We work together to improve services for Bristol citizens with the most complex needs.
