We are looking for Registered Operating Department Practitioners /  Nurses to join the Anaesthetic Care Unit based in Chorley; we welcome experienced qualified individuals and offer a supportive and nurturing environment where individual contribution is recognised. Critical care or Anaesthetic experience working has a band 6 would be beneficial, you must be able to demonstrate clinical knowledge, skills and have leadership and management experience.

Within this role you will work closely with dedicated clinical team who strive to continuously improve and welcome original and creative ways of working and are always open to new and improved ways or working.

If you are successful in obtaining a position with our Trust which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check. As a registered body with the DBS, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will conduct the administration of this application on your behalf and the cost will be recovered from your salary, either as a one-off payment or over 3 months. Currently the charges made by the Disclosure and Barring Service are - Standard DBS check £30.20 and Enhanced DBS check £48.20. The level of check required depends on the role that you have been offered.
