Viaduct Care is the Stockport GP Federation and is a partnership of all GP practices across Stockport. The federation was formed to empower local GPs to provide the best possible care for patients whilst tackling some of the challenges faced by General Practice by helping doctors and other healthcare professionals work together, share resources and expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity for a flexible worker who enjoys a busy and varied role. The Service Centre is at the heart of our Acute Home Visiting and 7 Day Access Servies which both support patients 7 days a week all across Stockport. Duties include supporting clinical staff, liaising with local practices to take referrals and inputting appointments onto our system.

This is a temporary post to cover maternity leave.The post holder will be required to work as part of a 7 day week rota. Shifts will be variable hours between 8am and 8pm. Saturday and Sunday hours are normally 8am – 4pm.
