We have a vacancy for a Band 5 Registered Nurse (RN) to join our integrated and multidisciplinary Hospital@Home team, covering Brighton and Hove and its surrounding areas.

This post would suit an enthusiastic and innovative RN who is prepared to provide high quality, flexible care where it is needed and meet the changing needs of the population we serve. We are a continually developing team who work with the acute services to facilitate early hospital discharges of individuals to complete their inpatient treatment at home and avoid admission to inpatient beds.

This service operates seven days a week, 7am-8pm, and a car owner/driver is essential.
