The Trust is committed to providing opportunities for flexible working.

An exciting position has arisen within our well established Dementia Care Team, for enthusiastic and motivated registered nurses who are forward thinking and focused on the development and delivery of high standards of person-centred care. Our dementia teams are highly skilled and extremely passionate about what they do, and we are looking for Mental Health and General Nurses of all experience levels who are caring, compassionate and good communicators to work within our team.

In addition you will receive on-going support, supervision, and access to training opportunities for your continued professional development.

We are exceptionally proud of our service providing evidence based treatment for people with dementia. At Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust we are at the forefront for research on this condition that affects so many people’s lives throughout the UK, and we are closely linked to the Centre for Dementia Studies, which is working collaboratively to improve the quality of life of people with dementia, their families and carers.

As a Trust we make a positive difference to thousands of people’s lives across Sussex and Hampshire, providing support so that they can fulfil their potential and enjoy healthy lives. We believe that staff who feel valued by the Trust and are truly engaged in the organisation deliver better outcomes for our patients and we are always looking for people with the right core values to join our team. The Trust is clinician-led, and provides the highest possible level of clinical expertise throughout its services.

Our vision is to provide outstanding care and treatment you can be confident in. To achieve the highest standards we have already embarked on a programme to transform the culture of the Trust to one of continuous improvement, delivered through participation of all staff and with service users, carers and families at the heart of our efforts.
