We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual, ideally with previous experience in working within a customer service or recruitment environment, to join our Recruitment Administration Team.

The team serves the Trust from 2 locations, Royal Papworth Hospital (Biomedical Campus, Cambridge) and Royal Papworth House (Huntingdon).The post will be based primarily at Royal Papworth House in Huntingdon with some requirement to travel to Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge on an ad hoc basis.

The successful candidate will have the chance to make a real difference by providing a high quality, efficient, customer-focused recruitment administration service to both prospective employees and Recruiting Managers.


With excellent communication and customer-service skills, you will also have the ability to work alone and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a flexible approach will be essential.


Up to date knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience in a customer facing role and previous experience of using databases/computerised systems would be an advantage.
