We are looking for senior nurses to join our Community Nursing teams at Foster Street in Maidstone, as part of the new investment for community health care. Candidates will be expected to have experience at senior level, and bring advanced clinical skills.

Our Community Nursing teams play an important role in supporting patients by caring for them in the comfort of their own home. Your role will help the NHS meet the needs of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patients who may not be able to easily visit the GP surgery or hospital. You will work both autonomously and collaboratively within a supportive environment, ensuring excellent patient care whilst reassuring and helping families along the way.

We help meet your career ambitions through our flexible in-house learning and development programmes including many health and wellbeing opportunities available to you.

As a dynamic organisation, with a fast changing service provision we take a flexible approach in terms of what we are able to offer. This means that we reserve the right to change the hours detailed in this advert to full time or part-time to meet the service requirements. Please note that the salary stated is based on full time working and will be pro rata for part time working.

Agenda for Change posts based within the Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas also receive 5% high cost area allowance on top of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum of £1,762. Please note that this element does not apply to bank positions.
