A vacancy is available for an enthusiastic Administration Apprentice with good communication skills and a friendly, professional persona.

You will work alongside the team providing support in a range of duties including; contacting patients to offer surgery dates; patient tracking, pulling and tracing notes, answering telephone enquiries, sorting post, general filing, electronic scanning of documents and updating records as well as other general office duties.

You will learn and develop skills using Microsoft Office and NHS systems.

This is a fixed term apprenticeship and you must be committed to work towards a level 2 or 3 Diploma in Business and Administration in conjunction with Yeovil Academy and Yeovil College.
