This post is only open to current employees of University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust and is for a temporary 15 month secondment/ fixed term post on Lancaster Suite.

We are delighted to offer a suitably qualified registered nurse the opportunity for a 15 month development post. This post will help you to develop leadership skills through providing clinical leadership at ward level and to also support the ward manager of the running of the ward while being involved in the development of the unit.

The department is committed to appraisal, to support continuous education and professional development. You will be required to participate in providing 24 hour cover on a rotational basis.
