Access Booking and Choice are looking for a variety of new staff members to come and support us with our Administrative posts, below are details of the roles available. Please indicate on your application form the role(s) you are applying for.

The working hours for these roles will be between 07:30 - 20:00 on a rotational basis between Monday - Sunday.

Rescheduling Clerk

Fancy a role where you will make a difference to thousands of people’s lives every single day? Where your work enables our team of doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver care and treatment to our patients? If so, then have you considered working in our Rescheduling Team at The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust?

You may have been away from work for a while and looking for a role that works around family commitments; or you may be working in an administrative role elsewhere but want a change of environment or a flexible approach to working hours.

You will regularly liaise with a variety of teams and services within the Trust and deal with challenges to support in your development. Our Rescheduling clerks have a dynamic and fast paced workload and previous IT skills would be beneficial due to the IT systems used within this team

Centralised Waiting List Office

We have an exciting opportunity within our Central Waiting List Office.

We are looking for friendly outgoing individuals with experience working a in a busy demanding environment and experience working within customer service. He/she will enjoy working as a member of a team and have experience in communicating and working alongside a multi-disciplinary team. Previous NHS knowledge and experience in managing waiting lists is desirable as you will have a great deal of direct telephone contact with patients and face-to-face contact with a wide range of internal and external staff to support the smooth running of waiting list management at MYHT.

Excellent multi-tasking and Organisational skills are essential with an up to date knowledge of current NHS Access targets being desirable for the post. We would prefer full time but will consider part time also, please note that the requirement will be working 5 over 7 days including evening and weekend working.

Business Support Supervisors

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals who have great Organisational skills and are able to prioritise their workload. Good IT experience will be beneficial due to the multiple IT systems we use within Business Support. Any previous supervisory experience will also be suitable for this thriving and exciting team. This is a very interesting and diverse role with great opportunities for development.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
