We provide healthcare services to people living in Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taf county borough areas, serving a population of around 450,000. We are ideally situated between Wales’s capital city, Porthcawl to the west, and the stunning scenery in the Beacon Beacons.

We are looking for a number of Healthcare Support Workers to join us at this time - we have vacancies across all our hospital sites, plus we are looking for support in our field hospitals.

If you are keen to support the NHS at this time, and you are interested in a hands on, caring role, then we want to hear from you.

We are looking for kind, caring, reliable, flexible people to join our teams across the Cwm Taf Morgannwg regions. Full and part time hours are available.

We have fantastic, supportive, and committed teams across our organisation, but we need more help at this time. Training will be provided, you won't be working on your own.

If you have preferences with regards to base or hours, please let us know in the personal statement section of the application. Posts are available at our main hospital sites and at our 3 Covid-19 testing centres.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
