We are looking for experienced and motivated administrator to join our busy admin hub, which provides support to the specialist health teams based at Southfield House in Worthing.

The successful candidates will need to deliver excellent customer service at all times in their communications with a range of professionals, referrers and patients. They should possess excellent telephone and communication skills, in order to ensure all liaison is of the highest standard.

The post holders will need to provide an efficient and robust administrative service, working to deadlines when required and planning and prioritising their workloads independently, demonstrating initiative and flexibility. They should also be engaged in service development for both the administrative and clinical processes, helping to maximise efficiency and ensure good patient experience.
