An exciting opportunity has arisen to take on the day to day leadership of the Resource Operations Centre and support the wider Operations Directorate work streams in achieving the Current Trust strategy and Objectives. If you like a varied and diverse working environment, with the challenge of problem solving and creatively meeting the challenges of Operational Resourcing everyday, then this opportunity is the one for you!

You will lead a resourcing department set up over two sites in Exeter and Bristol and work with critical stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement resourcing processes that are fit for purpose. You will also oversee the GRS system, where you will be able to implement key developments to enhance our people’s experiences. You will work alongside other key operational leads such as Head of Fleet and Responder Manager to develop a proactive and can do leadership team under the Trust Head of resourcing.

Please note this is a position that could be based at our Trust HQ, in Exeter or our St James office, in Bristol at the choice of the successful candidate.
