APPRENTICESHIP in Customer Service / Business Admin available in the Oncology department at Northampton General Hospital

37.5 hours per week

13 months fixed term contract

Trainee Rate £155.63 per week

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Some key responsibilities will include assisting with relevant administrative and customer service processes; answering telephones; inputting data; photocopying; producing documents; filing; liaising with other departments. We are seeking individuals who have good communication and organisational skills.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

You must be keen to learn and work in a medical environment. You will have good computer knowledge and able to demonstrate good communication skills (including literacy and numeracy), team working and attention to detail.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The apprentices will undertake a nationally recognised qualification related to this role.

The closing date for this position is 25th September. A short telephone interview may follow. If your application / telephone interview is successful you will be invited to an assessment / interview on 16th October.
