An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SystmOne Trainer to join the Education, Training and Development (ETD) team within The Health Informatics Service, delivering training and digital learning on clinical and administration systems.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as the post has responsibilities for providing advice, support and training to staff. It will be the role of the IM&T Clinical Facilitator to plan, design and deliver clinical IT systems training with a digital focus and to ensure consistency and quality throughout.

You should have a minimum of 3 years NHS experience and the MOS qualification or equivalent would be beneficial. Experience in SystmOne within a primary care health setting would be an essential criteria. The ideal candidate will have good problem solving, planning and communication skills. An understanding of the patient journey through the various pathways would be advantageous.

The post demands flexibility in working to include some unsociable hours and you will require access to a car.

You will work as part of a team, working across the local health community.
