An opportunity has arisen to join our growing team at Royal Primary Care and we are looking for enthusiastic administrator / receptionists to undertake a varied roles and work in our busy medical centres within the Chesterfield areas. The practices are located at Rectory Road, Inkersall and Grangewood and Ashgate.

The duties will mainly be front of house reception. The working pattern is between 7.45am and 8.30pm doing 7.5 hour shifts with an expectancy to work a Saturday on a rolling rota basis.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; be able to prioritise effectively and carry out a range of administrative and support tasks, sometimes under pressure. An awareness of the importance of confidentiality is essential.

The successful candidates should have basic I.T. skills.

Other essential skills are the ability to work as part of a team, have a good level of qualification (or equivalent experience) and competency in English & Maths.

In addition an ability to be adaptable to service needs and a professional manner is essential.

We currently have 4 posts available as follows:

3 x Full Time (37.5 hours) permanent

1 x Full Time (37.5 hours) Temporary for 6 months

Disclosure and Barring Service Check
