Location: Human Resources – Workforce Information

 

Site: Bradford Royal Infirmary/Flexible subject to negotiation

 

Hours: 18.75 per week – Mon to Fri but flexibility over hours/days

 

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Workforce Information Officer to join an established Workforce Information team within the Human Resources Department.

 

You will be responsible for producing routine workforce related business intelligence , provide support to line managers with ESR Self Service System access and with Pay Progression to ensure staff are paid correctly, escalating any issues as appropriate.

 

We are looking for someone with excellent IT skills, in particular with spreadsheets, who is able to export data from the workforce database and manipulate it into the required format using advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, graphs and formulas.

 

You will need to have good communication skills, be able to prioritise your own workload, use your initiative and work to deadlines.

 

Experience of using the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and ESR Business Intelligence would be desirable.
