2017 saw the opening of our new manufacturing plant, supported by a £26m investment. We aim to double the size of our business in the next 3 years.

As the first fully integrated care organisation in England, we are working to improve the way we deliver safe, high-quality health and social care. We have a positive and vibrant working atmosphere, with good transport links to our site. We offer a wide range of benefits including education and development opportunities for staff at all levels. Working on the interface between asset maintenance and operational functions, the role is responsible for the delivery of efficient, effective, customer-focused support to meet the business needs. This is achieved through routine planned preventive and unscheduled reactive maintenance of equipment and utilities.

The role requires compliance with a wide range of statutory and local policies and procedures and includes frequent supervision of contractors. The successful applicant will be scheduled onto an on-call rota and must be able to report to the site within 30 minutes of an incident requiring attendance at the site.

This full-time role will be based at a multimillion-pound, purpose-built facility in beautiful South Devon. Further information, especially an indication of the range of equipment we support and the skills that we require, are provided in the Job Description.
