PD Pathway Recovery Coach:

There are exciting developments across SABP (within Frimley Health) following our success in securing the funds to develop a multi-dimensional pathway for people with traits, or a diagnosis of personality disorder, and their carers.

As part of this development, 2 new posts have been created for Recovery Coaches to work as part of a co-produced team developing a new and innovative approach to providing a community mental health service in primary care.

 

The Recovery Coaches will effectively utilise their own lived experience to support the co-delivery of recovery-focused educational courses as part of a tiered pathway for people with traits, or a diagnosis, of personality disorder (PD) and their carers. This role requires people with personal lived experience of mental health difficulties to have a willingness to positively share their own life experiences/ personal experiences of mental ill-health as part of the coaching role. We would also like to meet you if you have previous experience of voluntary or paid employment for a minimum of 1 year.

If you are an empathic advocate for people with traits, or a diagnosis of Personality Disorder, their families and carers and looking for an exceptional opportunity to contribute to developing integrated mental health provision, and supporting people with mental health problems to achieve their goals, then we look forward to hearing from you.

Working base and working pattern/hours are to be confirmed.




Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 37.5 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
