An exciting opportunity has come up for the Adult Community Nursing Service. We are currently looking for Band 3 Community Healthcare Support Workers to work in the Night Nursing Service across the Hounslow and Richmond area. The post requires you to visit clients in their own home as well as care homes and work closely with the nursing team, family and carer’s to deliver high quality individualised care.

The service operates from 7pm until 7am across Hounslow and Richmond boroughs. This will involve working shifts from 7pm to midnight and 7pm - 7am.

Collaboratively working with our integrated rapid response teams, community matrons and social service colleagues is essential to ensure seamless care to our patient group.
