We want you to join our Single Point of Access for Adult Mental Health Services.

There has never been a more exciting time to join our CQC Good rated Trust. You will be part of delivering a significant transformation to the way services are accessed and delivered. We are looking for experienced Band 7 Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team as a Clinical Lead.

The new service offers:

  • A single referral point for GPs and other professionals across Surrey and North East Hampshire

  • A 24-hour telephone advice and support for people who use services and carers

  • More responsive crisis services with improved experiences for people who use services, carers and professionals

Our aim is to provide people with mental health issues access to the support they need at the right time, with positive outcomes.

The service is 24/7 but as a Clinial Lead you will be based in the team 9am- 5pm weekdays. We are looking for someone with good leadership skills, a team working and good communication. You will be working closely with call handlers and triage practitioners and supporting in making decisions, discussions with service providers and closely working with community teams.

We are looking for people who are dedicated to promoting recovery, and who can inspire people experiencing mental health and their families that recovery is possible for everyone.

Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 37.5 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
