We are looking for a full time clinical support worker to join our dynamic clinical cardio-respiratory team. The role will comprise of helping to deliver pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation, virtually and face to face classes. You will also be required to manage your own diary and undertake lone working involving taking blood samples, blood pressure and pulse, and oxygen saturation observations in patient's homes, clinics, leisure and community centres across the city of Leeds. Full training will be given.

Good communications skills are essential including telephone conversations. You will need some IT skills to navigate around the patient database.

You will be a member of the multi-disciplinary team and be involved in service development as part of a new evolving service. Being a good team player is a must as you will be required to support all the different team members.

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
