An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a full time Team Administrator supporting the Central Worthing PCN Community Nursing team.

You will need to have excellent written and verbal skills to deal with a wide range of people, both clinical and non clinical. You will need to be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide administrative support.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to all team members. This will include using computerised information systems, word processing, developing and maintaining filing systems, and being the first port of call by telephone. Excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of procedures in relation to data protection/confidentiality are essential. Highly developed organisational/time management skills, good team working skills and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the team, working to tight deadlines with minimal supervision are also vital.
