Day Ward/Discharge Lounge Sister/Charge Nurse

Salary: £40,894-£41,723 (Band 7)

We have an exciting 9 month secondment opportunity for a nurse leader to join our day ward and discharge lounge team.

We are looking for leaders who will work closely with our existing Deputy sister and Enhanced Nurse Practitioner team to provide compassionate and inclusive leadership that models the Trust values of Care, Valued, Excellence and Innovation... Our staff have been through a sustained period of rapid change and intensity with the Coronavirus Pandemic and now learning with ‘Living with the Coronavirus’, we are looking for a leader who can support and engage the team to stabilise and further work towards new ways of working in the recovery planning for day ward and discharge lounge service.
