Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop your nursing skills? Victoria Ward is looking for enthusiastic and motivated band 5 nurses who would like to develop a career in renal nursing.

The ward is a busy 23 bedded renal/medical ward that offers training and experience in all aspects of renal nursing and medical patient care. The ward is now doing longer days.

Come and learn to perform peritoneal dialysis and haemodialysis as well as gain experience in caring for patients with a renal transplant and all aspects of renal nursing care as part of an in-house competency based training programme.

We are committed to your professional development and there will be an opportunity to gain a renal qualification. You will work alongside the renal multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent holistic care for our patients.’



















 


















As part of our development programme, Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust in collaboration with Henley Business School, Reading, offer a 3 year BA (Hons) in Applied Management. As a Trust, we are delighted to offer such prestigious programme which is accredited with Chartered Management Institutes . We are the only NHS Trust offering this programme and it is a unique opportunity for our staff. Normal application and acceptance process will apply for staff who want to undertake this course.
