Job Title: Registered Nurse - Band 5 role with top Band 6 pay rates!

Southport and Ormskirk NHS Trust has a rich tradition of developing Nursing and Midwifery practice, and of delivering excellence in patient care. The University of Liverpool has awarded SO NHS Trust the status of University Clinical Education Centre in recognition of the high standard of training provided for students on placement to the Trust.

Trust location is easily commutable from Liverpool, Manchester, Salford, Eccles, Bolton, Warrington, St. Helens, Chorley, and Preston.

Pay Rates (General):

Days: £16.97 Saturdays/Nights: £22.06 Sunday/Bank Hols: £27.15

Skills/Responsibilities:

To apply for this post, you will:

  • Have an active NMC Registration

  • Undertake nursing assessment and evaluation to enable development of appropriate plans of care based on the needs of the individual

  • Be proficient in the delivery of care to patients

  • Ensure safe administration of drugs in accordance with NMC and CHS policies

  • Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines
