An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Therapists to join the East Riding Therapy Team. You will work as part of a Multi-disciplinary team to provide Occupational Therapy input to patients who require rehabilitation on the East Riding hospital community bedded unit and in the community within Beverley and West Wolds and neighbouring areas.

The role involves undertaking Occupational Therapy assessments for patient which require both intermediate care and community rehabilitation. The Occupational therapist will support individuals to achieve their goals within the east riding hospital community bedded unit and in community settings and therefore ability to commute efficiently across the service area is essential.

You will be supported by a well-established and very experienced multidisciplinary team and will receive supervision and support from the Advanced Occupational Therapist. The role will also involve supervision of other team members.

The organisation provides excellent CPD opportunities for staff, and your therapy team will be supporting you to develop your clinical skills. Where relevant, you may have the opportunity to work in other areas also.

City Health Care Partnership provides care 7 days a week and therefore the post holder will be required to participate in weekend working.
