We are a dedicated 14 bedded rehabilitation unit consisting of a multi-disciplinary team which includes Registered nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, GP, Pharmacist, Rehabilitation Support Workers and Health Care Assistants. As a team, we provide high quality, comprehensive patient-centered rehabilitation with the aim to maximise goal attainment, patient independence and well-being.

As a Senior Staff nurse you will take on ward management tasks and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high standard of patient care and acting as a role model to junior staff. This will include deputing for the ward manager in their absence. The role provides an exciting opportunity to work a passionate and dynamic multi-disciplinary team where new ideas are encouraged to continually improve processes and patient care.

This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week with shifts pattern covering night and day.
