NHS Blackpool Clinical Commissioning Group is a fully-authorised CCG responsible for the full range of CCG statutory duties and powers. We are a membership organisation consisting of the 21 GP practices in Blackpool, and our aim is to improve the health of the people of Blackpool and reduce health inequalities through strong, clinically-led commissioning of high quality healthcare services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Continuing Healthcare Team for a Registered Nurse to assess, review and monitor patients applying for CHC funding. The role is varied and involves working closely with Blackpool Council, Blackpool Teaching Hospitals and with providers to source appropriate placements for our patients.

You will work within the Mental Capacity Act and gain experience involving Best Interest decisions and Court of Protection work.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a successful, progressive CCG and to make a positive contribution to the lives of people in Blackpool.
