We are looking to recruit to our bank and are looking for Domiciliary Workers and also Health Care Assistants, please see the description of the different roles below. When applying can you please state if you are applying for a HCA, Domiciliary role or both.

We are looking to recruit highly motivated Band 2 Health Care Assistants to join our CHCP Palliative Night Care Service. The service provides specialist care and support to patients and their families in the overnight period. The hours of work are between 10pm and 7am, and you will be expected to remain in the patient’s own home providing one to one individualised care. We seek individuals who are committed to multi-disciplinary team working and the delivery of high quality palliative care to patients who have a Hull GP. You will need an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, and you must have relevant experience in palliative care. Highly motivated Band 2 and 3 Care Assistants to join our new Domiciliary Care service. This new service aims to provide social care within the clients own home including personal care, home help (including self-pay domestic or housekeeping), respite home care, emergency care and complex care. The hours of work are between 7am and 10pm. You must have suitable means of transport as you will need to travel between the clients’ homes. We seek individuals who are committed to multi-disciplinary team working and the delivery of high quality care which promotes the clients independence and wellbeing. You will need an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care. Queries can be sent to diane.clarkson@nhs.net in relation to this role.
