This is a new and exciting VSM role to help transform our health and care services. Norfolk and Waveney is one of the most sought after areas of the country to live and work in, and this new role will be just as rewarding. You’ll be at the centre of system, working alongside Chief Executives and other leaders to deliver better, more resilient services for the 1.1 million people who live here.

You’ll be the “go-to” person for the STP Executive Lead in relation to system-wide planning and transformation delivery issues. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of post Covid-19 recovery and help us build on the positive gains we’ve already made. And you’ll ensure we deliver on our vision for mental health and acute hospital services.

This is a role for someone with proven understanding of complex health and care systems and experience in partnership working; hot on the numbers and committed to improving services for people.

If this is you, then we offer a career move in a dynamic and go-ahead system that’s moving solidly towards ICS status. A big job in a big system, in a great part of the world.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship

Applications from job seekers who require current Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the employing body is unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the current Resident Labour Market Test which will be in place until the end of December 2020. UK Visas and Immigration requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post. For further information please visit the UK Visas and Immigration website.

From 6 April 2017, Tier 2 skilled worker applicants, applying for entry clearance into the UK, have had to present a criminal record certificate from each country they have resided continuously or cumulatively for 12 months or more in the past 10 years. Adult dependants (over 18 years old) are also subject to this requirement.
