We are looking to recruit dynamic and enthusiastic Registered nurses at band 5 to work in the East Riding Community bedded Unit. The service provides rehabilitation to people with complex health needs to enable independence and a safe discharge into the community. The unit also supports palliative and end of life care for patients. Registered nurses who have excellent communication skills, who are dynamic and motivated to care for our service users with kindness, compassion and empathy, keeping the people who use our services as safe as possible through the use of sound clinical skills and effective risk assessments are invited to apply for these posts.

A willingness to engage in developing both yourself and the service is essential. City Health Care Partnership actively encourage personal development and aim to provide a flexible workforce to meet the service needs. These posts will include internal rotation to cover a 24hr 7-day service.

The post holder will form part of the multi-disciplinary team on the ward and work with the wider care team. Team working skills and an ability to engage with service users in a therapeutic manner are essential.

We are looking for registered nurses with experience of working in rehabilitation & end of life care, References and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks will be requested for successful applicants.
