Our two wards at Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital support semi-acute admissions for rehabilitation and palliative care and it takes a special sort of person to be able to provide that support to our patients. So we’re looking for experienced Health and Care staff, ideally with an NVQ in Health and Social Care, to join our supported Intermediate Care Units.

In return for your care and experience we offer internal shift rotation including enhanced pay for weekends, Bank Holidays and night duties, as well as training and support including a full induction programme. Our work is supported by an on-site rehabilitation team and a wide variety of multidisciplinary team members who will all support your ongoing development and learning to enable you to give the best quality care to our patients.

We offer a variety of staff benefits including generous holiday entitlement, free onsite parking, a restaurant, and easy access to public transport.

If you would like to join our friendly and dedicated team, we would love to welcome you to visit the wards and/or have an informal discussion with one of our lovely Ward Managers Kathryn Tucker or Jane Richardson on 01243 865418. Alternatively, if you’re already sure this is the right job for you, you can apply now online.
