An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Administrator to join our Healthy Child Programme team, based in Whitehawk, Brighton. The post is 30 hours per week.

The role provides administrative support to the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme, working alongside Health Visitors, School Nurses and other team members. You would be working in a friendly and supportive administrative team.

You will need to be enthusiastic, organised, efficient and able to work both as part of a team and by using your own initiative.

You should be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess good administrative skills with the ability to learn new systems. The interview will include a Word and Excel test. Full training will be given on our in-house IT/record-keeping systems. Duties will include dealing directly with clients and other professionals on the phone and prioritising your workload in a busy vibrant office, and this requires a capacity to multi task.
