We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join Chailey Clinical Services. We are offering hours of 08:45-17:00 Monday-Friday.

You will be working as part of an established multidisciplinary team made up of Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists.

You will act as the first point of contact for our patients on reception, representing our service, so you will need to be dynamic and professional, uphold SCFT's vision and values, and understand the importance of patient confidentiality.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to all team members. This includes using electronic notes using SystmOne and other IT systems, and being the first port of call by telephone for patients. You will also be encouraged to contribute in designing future processes and systems as part of a very friendly and proactive team.

The successful candidate will need:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A clear understanding of procedures in relation to data protection/confidentiality
  • Highly developed organisational/time management skills
  • Good team working skills, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the team
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
