We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Apprentice Administrator to join our busy recruitment department, supporting the recruitment of healthcare professionals from the UK and Overseas.

The role involves:

  • Monitoring recruitment emails and responding to queries
  • Advertising vacancies on social media and monitoring messages
  • Arranging and supporting recruitment events including open days, careers fairs and intake days
  • Booking interviews for international candidates to attend our overseas recruitment events
  • Advertising vacancies and recruitment events on the Trusts intranet
  • Answering telephone queries
  • First point of contact for new employees visiting the recruitment office
  • Supporting our 1-stop shop for employment checks including ID, uniforms, ID badges and welcome meetings for our overseas employees
  • Monitoring and ordering stationary
  • General administration tasks to support the recruitment officers

Full training will be provided and the successful candidate will be supported through their Apprenticeship to gain their NVQ level 2 or 3. Previous experience in an administration / customer facing role would be an advantage. Excellent PC / Microsoft skills are essential. This is initially offered as a 12 month contract, but there is the possibility of a permanent position after the apprenticeship is completed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and knowledge in a recruitment function. There will be opportunities to learn about employment legislation both in the UK and overseas and implementing these in practice.
