Based in Chichester in West Sussex, the integrated Children and Young People's Nursing team with Snowdrop consist of Community Children's Nurses, and a Counsellor and Support Workers.

The Support Worker role will help parents by taking Snowdrop children and their siblings out for various periods of time, or by looking after children in their own homes so that parents can have some time for other children, or even themselves.

The Support Worker will also offer clinical and administrative support where needed to the CYP Nursing team, in order to provide holistic and quality care to all children on the caseload. Currently the integrated team work over a seven day period.
