In 2002 Inclusion was created as part of the award winning South Staffordshire & Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, now known as Midlands Partnership Foundation NHS Trust. Successful in its endeavors, Inclusion has grown to provide drug and alcohol and sexual health, mental health services in the community, and prisons. Employing over 750 staff, including Psychiatrists, Counsellors, Doctors, Nurses, Social Workers, Allied Health Professionals,Therapists, Drug & Alcohol Recovery Workers, Peer Mentors and Volunteers. We provide services to in excess of 19,000 services users per annum across the South East, Midlands, East of England and North of England.

Exciting, unique, short secondment opportunity.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the Hepatitis C Elimination project.

Hep CU Later – Isan exciting new initiative aimed at eliminating Hepatitis C across England and comes from the partnership of NHSE SMPA and Gilead sciences.

We currently need someone who is attracted to and can see the unique challenge and opportunities involved in a project that is literally, lifesaving…

The band 4 Administrator will be supporting the team to implement a number of key elements of the project involving;

  • contacting partner trusts and progressing actions/ requests
  • Acting as main contact for named tasks within Hep CU Later
  • Liaising with team members to ensure smooth communication with Lead coordinator, SMPA members and wider stakeholders etc.
  • Create maintain and share a dashboard to illustrate progress made towards set targets
  • Contribute to reports weekly/ monthly on progress and actions of Hep CU Later project plan.
  • Attend weekly team meetings ( virtual at present )
  • Attend regular meetings and line management with Lead coordinator (virtual )
