A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 4 Team Administrator/PA to join our Camden Community Services Team.

The post holder will be required to support the Clinical Director (2 days per week) for Camden and the Senior Management team for Community Services. The post holder will be required to work as part of a team supporting the senior PA by undertaking delegated duties and to provide high quality administrative support to a number of personnel in London Community Services. The role will require use of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and both the Patient Administration System and Ordering System (SBS).

The main duties of the role include:

  • Diary management for the Clinical Director Camden and Senior Management Team where needed
  • Admin support to the Senior PA and community divisional team
  • Deputise for f the Senior PA where required
  • Committee Secretary to the Quality Governance Meetings which will include, minute taking, preparation of agendas and papers for this meeting MP Register upkeep and support to NMP meetings for Inner London
  • General and ad hoc administration duties as and when required
  • Answering the telephone, acting as a filter for calls, and taking accurate messages

The post holder will be required to manage their own workload on a day-to-day basis and act independently to action and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

The current post is for 37.5 hours per week.
