We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Clinical Lead Administrator to join our inpatient team within the Secure Services Local Delivery Unit based on the Blackberry Hill site in Bristol.

This is a key role in supporting service users by providing highly efficient administration to the multi-disciplinary and ward teams. Independently, you will use your initiative and judgement completing daily tasks, managing calendars, organising ward and service user commitments. You will work within broad procedural guidelines, adhering to strict confidentiality and be responsible for data collection for reporting to outside agencies.

You will have regular contact with service users and carers and must demonstrate empathy and understanding, therefore it is essential that you have proven skills in communication and be able to note take to a high standard. A willingness to learn, develop and work as a team is essential and a good sense of humour is a must!

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours a week.
