NHS Chorley and South Ribble and NHS Greater Preston Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) are looking to appoint a skilled and motivated individual into the post of Service Improvement Co-ordinator for the Transformation and Delivery Team.

The Service Improvement Co-ordinator role will support the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) in redesigning services within a range of NHS and non-NHS providers in order to meet the health needs of the local population.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of service redesign tools/techniques; experience in communications and stakeholder management within the NHS or similar organisation is essential. The successful applicant will also be enthusiastic and willing to work flexibly to meet the demands of the team.

The role will support the Associate Director Transformation & Delivery - Primary Care, Transformation Manager, Delivery Manager Primary Care and the Locality Leads in engaging with our member practices and stakeholders and using their feedback to redesign and develop services.

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate that you can support stakeholders and partnership organisations and are passionate about enabling clinical leadership and recognise that CCGs are different from predecessor NHS organisations.
