Quality Monitoring Officer

Job Reference: L43-55590-SSLE

Employer:
Norfolk County Council
Location:
County Hall, Norwich
Salary:
£35,697 - £39,780 per annum

Norfolk County Council and Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group’s Integrated Quality Service are seeking to appoint four Quality Monitoring Officers to join our team.

This role would suit you if you have a sound knowledge of health and social care in CQC-regulated services, ideally with experience of quality audit and the ability to prioritise activity according to risk. Signposting and promoting quality improvement in services is key to the role, so knowledge of best practice and resources in the county would be desirable.

A manageable, generic caseload of providers will be allocated but there will also be an opportunity to specialise and take a lead responsibility in a specified area of interest.

You will be joining a fantastic, supportive team with a shared ambition to improve the quality of services in Norfolk.

For an informal discussion regarding this vacancy, please contact Tim Weller, Head of Integrated Quality Service, at tim.weller@norfolk.gov.uk or on 01603 223435.
