This is a fixed term/secondment post for 6 months due to funding.

 

If you are an Powys Health Board employee this post will only be offered on a secondment basis and you will need to have gained your line managers approval for the secondment prior to going to interview.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for six months to help embed digital solutions into day to day practice. We are looking for either a fixed term or secondment (please make sure you have your line managers approval before you apply).

We are looking for someone who has excellent IT skills, including the use of digital technology to join the team to implement Florence (self management text messaging). Training will be provided on the Florence self management tool to enable the successful candidate to share with colleagues and people of Powys who are using the healthcare services across the Teaching Health Board.

The successful post holder will have the opportunity to develop their digital technology knowledge to support health professionals to encourage people to embrace technology to foster a culture of independence and reducing the need for medical intervention.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
