Team Administrator

Base: The Hartington Unit

An opportunity has arisen for a fixed term contract for 6 months for a Team Administrator post to cover a secondment. The post will be for Chesterfield Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team, working at their base at the Hartington Unit.

The post is for 22.5 hours covering Monday - Friday. The hours are flexible between 8am - 5pm by arrangement between the candidate and the team.

The post holder will provide, maintain and develop a high quality administrative/secretarial support the Clinical Team and Operational Leads, reflecting the professionalism of the service and with our Partner Agencies.

We are looking for a qualified, experienced, highly motivated Band 3 Team Administrator to assist in the delivery of a comprehensive, professional and high quality front of house service and will be primarily working alongside the clinical team.

The role will include providing administrative and secretarial support to the Crisis Team, and therefore you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a good working knowledge of Microsoft computer packages. You will possess RSA Word Processing/Typing Grade lll or equivalent qualification in typewriting/word processing and skills and experience around standards of spelling and grammatical accuracy. You will need to be able to input data and analyse and complete reports.

DBS Check
The cost of undertaking a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) disclosure will be met by the individual. The Trust will meet the initial costs of the disclosure which will be deducted from your first month’s salary. The current price of a standard check is £23 and an enhanced check is £40.

We are obliged to check employment history for at least the past 3 years for successful candidates. Please ensure that the referees you provide us cover at least the past 3 years of your employment/training.
