The South Gloucestershire Locality Management Team is seeking an enthusiastic and organised administrator to work 37.5 hrs (full time) and will be based at Kingswood Civic Centre.

You will have a friendly, empathic and non-judgemental approach to your work. You will also be a highly motivated individual, pro-active, creative and flexible in your approach in this role.

You will not only possess excellent secretarial and administrative skills, but also be able to manage your own time and workload, have a strong sense of teamwork, and have excellent communication skills. You should be able to work flexibly and have excellent strategies for managing what can sometimes be a pressured environment.

You will report to the Business Coordinator who is the Lead Administrator for South Gloucestershire and professionally accountable to the Trustwide Professional Lead for Administration. You will also be expected to work across the Locality when required.
