Palliative Care Community Clinical Nurse Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse with post registration experiencein palliative care andward or community managementexperience to join our team of Clinical Nurse Specialists.

This is a 12 month fixed termcontract 22.5- 37.5 hours per week (0.6- 1 fte) working across our community with occasional rotation to the local hospital (dependant on the experience.) Working days will predominantly cover Monday to Friday with flexibility to cover the occasional weekend.

The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of current issues in palliative care (including good symptom control knowledge), have advanced communication skills and be able to work collaboratively.

Salary £38,890 fte - £44,503 fte Dependant on experience
