The Role


PAHT is at the beginning of an exciting journey and this is a great time to join our expanding Strategy Team. This role will be at the centre of preparing staff and services for fulfilling our future ambition of being the best hospital in the country by 2030.

Reporting to the Strategy & Development Manager, this role is at the heart of the team created to manage, help communicate and deliver a large and complex Trust wide programme to develop a clinical strategy and the transformation of our acute estate to deliver outstanding, digitally enabled, cutting edge services to our population. This is a generational opportunity, to be part of a programme of work to deliver a hospital for the future.
