Salaried GP – 4-8 sessions per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed GP to join our experienced and dedicated team. We are a well-established Practice situated in Leyland , Preston with easy access to the motorway.  The team has an excellent skill mix whereby the GPs and Nursing team work closely together to provide first-rate patient access.   The Practice is part of an excellent, proactive Primary Care Network with other local practices.


Start Date: May 2020 or ASAP under the current climate


Salary & other terms - £9,500 per session pa, plus defence fees and 6 weeks annual leave (pro rata) with 1 week study leave (pro-rata)

The Practice
• 1 Partner with a sessional GP
• 4450 patients
• CQC Rated Good in all areas
• Consistently high QOF achievement
• No OOH (local sessions possible)
• Excellent Nursing Team   

• Dedicated administration team
• Emis Web Clinical system


Your Role
• Salaried GP supporting the GP Partner to provide first class patient care

• Preferably 8 sessions a week with some evenings until 6.30pm - additional evening and weekend work on a Rota

• Face-to-face surgeries with telephone consultations

• Associated administration

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
