About CHP

Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is wholly owned by the Department of Health and is recognised as a centre of excellence for the NHS on primary and community matters, helping health and social care systems to improve and integrate their services by delivering high quality and the most cost effective space for patients. CHP provides public sector investment in the primary healthcare and community estate through the LIFT Public Private Partnerships.

 

Main Purpose

The Property Officer reports to the Regional Property Director and will be required to assist in the delivery of an efficient, effective and professional property, asset services across the Midlands or London NHS LIFT estate.

 

Key Accountabilities

Provide support to the Property Management team, including but not limited to:

  • Taking messages, arranging meetings, set up diary appointments, set up conference calls, arranging travel, collect distribute post, filing, photocopying etc.
  • Preparing of papers for regional team meetings and minute taking.
  • Assist in the storage and updating of the Management Information Systems for theproperty & asset management team. This will include but is not limited to the GDrive, Openera, Oracle and any other IT system/s that the organisation willimplement from time to time.
  • Supporting the team with recording and storage of key work streams, including butnot limited to the FileMaker, Building Specific Matrices (BSMs), Fire Riskassessment programme, Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and other Compliancerelated activity.
  • Assist with coding invoices and retrieving information as required from Oracle.
  • To assist the Property Management Team in the implementation, collation, reviewand analysis of key performance indicators as required by the Regional Director.
  • To respond promptly and professionally to emergency or urgent property management issues as they arise, seeking to resolve them as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
  • To carry out inspections, and attend tenant meetings as required by the Property Managers where reasonable.
  • To assist in Health and Safety matters and other compliance issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnership working with internal and external stakeholders
  • To work with regional colleagues inside CHP, always promoting the success and profile of the region and CHP as a whole
  • To assist with covering of other Administrators/PA’s duties within the Midlands or London office as and when required.
  • To promote and communicate the organisations vision and goals in under taking your duties.
  • To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as may be requested from time to time.
